The exquisite orchid portrait on this glass coaster is by John Nugent Fitch, a master illustrator of orchids at the height of orchid mania in late Victorian England.

The footed glass coaster measures 4” in diameter. Sold individually.

The botanical illustration is from The Orchid Album, a 19th-century botanical work in the Rare Books Collections of the Mertz Library here at the Garden.
