‘Bionda Lentissima’ - Classic romaine taste and texture. Best for spring and fall, but will take summer heat. Grow some as cutting lettuce. @ 4,000 seeds/packet.

‘Lollo Rossa’ - Red/green frilly loose leaf with great taste. Holds well in summer heat and will also take hard freezes. @ 4,000 seeds/packet.

‘Regina di Maggio’ - A beautiful and tasty butterhead lettuce. Prefers spring and fall, but will take some summer heat. @ 4,000 seeds/packet.

Misticanza - A mix of 14 Italian lettuce varieties. Make new plantings every 3 weeks or so for continuous harvest. @ 4,500 seeds/packet.
