The dramatic portrait of Disa grandiflora in the window on the cover of  this journal is a reproduction of a hand-colored lithograph by F. Detollenaere from the beautiful Pescatorea: Iconographie des Orchidées (1860). This rare botanical work on orchids was printed under the direction of Jean Jules Linden, a renowned 19th-century Belgian orchid explorer and collector who revolutionized the way we grow orchids.

The journal is spiral bound to lie flat for easy writing. 80 lined pages. 7" x 7"
