NYBG Train Show Conservatory Ornament

The Holiday Train Show is a beloved tradition here at the Garden—and you can bring the tradition home with this special ornament, designed for us by the American artist Matt Litavsky. The ornament was mouth-blown in Poland, home of the centuries-old art of glass blowing. Polish artisans also carefully reproduce by hand the artist’s coloration for the piece, mixing lacquer paints and glitters in unique combinations. This ornament is sure to become a family heirloom.
