Standard Domestic Shipping
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing. Standard domestic shipping and handling rates for merchandise sent to each individual address are as follows:

Please note that certain large or bulky items require an additional shipping fee, as noted for each product. For orders exceeding $200, shipping charges will equal 11% of the merchandise total.
International Shipping
You will be contacted by a customer service representative, within 2 business days of placing an order, regarding overseas shipping rates.
Shipping to Canada
You will be contacted by a customer service representative, within 2 business days of placing an order, regarding shipping rates to Canada as well as the related duty and customs brokerage fees.
Shipping Charges for Memberships / Gift Certificates
There are no shipping charges for memberships or gift certificates purchased online.
Express Delivery Options
We offer 2nd Day UPS delivery within the continental U.S. for orders placed by noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, for an additional $15. Please allow 2 business days for delivery.
Backordered Items
We try to provide up-to-date inventory information while you shop. In the event that a product's availability changes you will be notified via email or telephone so that you have the opportunity to adapt your order as necessary.
You will be charged for backordered items when they ship. Regardless of when orders ship, your total shipping charges to each individual address will never exceed the total stated in our standard shipping policies for the value of merchandise ordered.
Gift Wrap
We offer custom gift wrap for selected books and gift boxes for selected items. Gift wrap and gift box availability and pricing are noted on the product page.

Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with the purchases that you make at nybgshop.org. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item within 90 days for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please follow the instructions on your returns form for returns and exchanges.
Need to cancel / change an order?
We accept cancellations and changes to your order until the merchandise ships, which is generally within 2 business days of purchase. Cancellations and changes requested after your order has shipped can be processed as a return or an exchange.
