NYBG x BLOOMIST Beeswax Pillar Candle, Garden Sage

From the Bloomist x NYBG collection, these candles are hand-poured in New York from 100% North American beeswax cappings, the thin wax seals bees place on top of honeycomb to protect the cured honey beneath. Harvesting cappings leaves the honeycomb structure intact, removing only the surface layer without disturbing the hive. Each pillar is individually finished, wicked with cotton, and wrapped in recycled wadding before being boxed. Available in two sizes: 3" x 4" and 3" x 6", both in a garden sage color.
Bees and other pollinators are critical to plant growth everywhere. Beeswax cappings are a product of that cycle: wax produced by bees that depend on flowering plants, harvested as part of the natural workings of a healthy hive. Our candles are poured using those cappings, gathered with care for the bees and the hives that made them.
