This book is the first modern identification manual for tropical liverwort species. it is the result of a successful partnership between the Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro and the University of Gottingen, Germany, and demonstrates how major gaps in our knowledge of tropical biodiversity can be filled by international cooperation.
